Wall not received:
Once we receive an order for 100% handcrafted, we will have the walls ready.
Within 72 hours after placing the order, you can apply for free cancellation or change of style.
If cancelled after 72 hours, 80% of the order amount will be refunded, and 20% of the material compensation fee will be deducted.
If you want to change the style after 72 hours, you need to pay another 10% material compensation fee.
Wall received:
If the wall design is wrong or damaged, 100% of the order amount will be refunded within 30 days, and lilypeong will bear the shipping cost.
If there is no quality problem, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost, and a 20% handling fee will be deducted.
